8:15Now PlayingUS News: At a roundtable of Epstein survivors, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) called on King Charles to directly acknowledge the victims of Jeffrey Epstein during his address to Congress, sparking a major moment in the ongoing push for accountability.
Khanna revealed that he had formally requested the King to meet with survivors, stating, “I thought the King owed that to the survivors… no human being is disposable, and the survivors deserve justice.” However, he noted that the request had been declined, while expressing hope that survivors would still be publicly acknowledged.
Speaking at the event, Khanna—co-author of the Epstein Files Transparency Act—highlighted serious concerns about the lack of legal action in the case: “We’ve managed to release 3 million files… but there has not been a single investigation or prosecution.” He added, “There are still three million files that remain hidden in a cover-up,” and called for urgent steps to ensure accountability: “We need to make sure that the men who abused, raped, or trafficked these girls are facing investigations and prosecutions.”
