Canadian Police have released the footage of the man arriving at the pharmacy by taxi, walking into the store in Markham, walking back to the candy aisle and opening a garbage bag filling it with chewing gum. He left and returned to the store to fill another bag, according to police. The value of the chewing gum is $1,528. #InsideEdition
