The officers were standing in a parking lot, debriefing on a previous call when the suspect, Marc Payne, 44, came at them with his car. One officer was thrown into the air but was able to tackle the Payne to the ground. It was his first night on the job. Payne has been charged with three counts first degree murder and remains in police custody. #InsideEdition
