0:48Now PlayingThe woman who was sexually assaulted by filmmaker Roman Polanski in 1977 when she was 13 is asking Los Angeles Superior Court to drop the case. The assault happened during a photo shoot at Jack Nicholson's Los Angeles home, police say. "I'm just here to try and get things resolved, not on Roman's behalf, but on the behalf of a fair justice system," Samantha Geimer said Friday. Polanski, now 83, fled the United States to France in 1978 before his sentencing. He has lived in Europe ever since. #InsideEdition
