In a video that captured the scary fall in Plainfield, the woman appears to be distracted by her cell phone and unaware of Acme Windows' access door in front of her. "She got distracted with the phone and she didn't see the gates open," Arturo Torres, the owner of Acme Windows, told InsideEdition.com. "She rolled down into the basement." #InsideEdition
