The suspect was identified as Aariel Maynor, who authorities said left the Avants’ $16 million mansion and went to burglarize another home in the Hollywood Hills. He was found there with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the foot. Authorities say that Maynor has a long criminal record and was on parole at the time of the home invasions.
