Chilean swimmer Barbara Hernandez is officially a Guinness World Record holder. Hernandez broke the record by swimming one nautical mile in 15 minutes and three seconds between the Pacific and Atlantic oceans in southern Chile. She’s also the first person ever to swim three nautical miles between both oceans. Barbara, nicknamed the “ice mermaid,” says the water was extremely cold. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
