Forty-eight-year-old doctor Omar Awan slammed his Tesla into a tree in Davie, Florida, when it caught on fire. Emergency responders tried to get the driver out of the Tesla but say they could not find a door handle. They also tried breaking the windshield but they were not able to due to its resistance to breakage. Awan died in the flames.
