He's been chasing down people in the neighborhood, causing some to dress differently and to put up signs with warnings about his behavior. Thankfully, residents soon discovered why Gangsta's feathers were so ruffled. He was protecting a nearby mother duck and her babies. Once the babies were hatched, Gangsta escorted them to a nearby pond, ending his reign of terror.
