A self-portrait by famed artist Vincent Van Gogh was recently found hidden behind one of his more notable paintings. The discovery was made in the National Galleries of Scotland. When the staff x-rayed ‘Head of a Peasant Woman’ they found an image of the artist himself, which is hidden behind a sheet of cardboard and stuck to the painting with glue. Experts are now trying to find a way to remove the cardboard without damaging either piece. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
