It's the fifth bodycam video discovered by web sleuths showing cops breaking up parties at the house where the brutal murders took place. The incident happened a week before the fall semester began and three months before the murders. The officers said they could give Goncalves and her roommates a $300 ticket but gave them a verbal warning instead.
