Officer Alexis Callaway started to perform infant CPR on the baby, which is a very specific life-saving technique. She held the baby at a slight angle and patted his back with three fingers. Officer Callaway says "he was angled down to get the liquid to come out of his mouth." Finally, the baby started to cry.
