An officer instructed the driver to pull over into a lit gas station parking lot, which the teen appeared to do. But body camera video shows the driver taking off when the officer approached the Mustang. The car swerved left and rolled over several times. Despite the driver and the passenger not wearing seat belts, neither person was seriously injured.
