1:01Now PlayingPolice say a 16-year-old and 17-year-old from the Washington D.C. area carjacked a driver right after he filled up his tank at a gas station. Video shows the teens forcing the door open, grabbing the driver and demanding the keys, Montgomery County detectives say. But when they got in the car and tried to take off, they had no idea how to drive it, police add. It was a stick shift. The teens were soon arrested after a chase.
