1:21Now PlayingTrains resumed back on track early Monday in Balasore, where at least 275 people were killed in one of India's deadliest train accidents. Nearly 1,200 people were injured when a passenger train hit a stationary freight train, jumped the tracks and hit another passenger train passing in the opposite direction. Initially thought to be a technical error, officials are saying they think someone deliberately tampered with the usually safe system. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has more.
