1:01Now PlayingA baby was born on the side of a highway in New Jersey in the middle of the night. The dad-to-be pulled over on the side of the road. When New Jersey State Troopers arrived, they saw the mom on her hands and knees on the ground and in labor. About two minutes later, the baby was born. Troopers helped untangle the umbilical cord that was wrapped around the baby. The couple named him Jack. Mom and Jack and now doing OK. Inside Edition Digital has more.
