2:25Now PlayingCalifornia Superior Court Judge Jeffery Ferguson allegedly shot his wife at their home. In court documents, prosecutors say Ferguson and his wife Sheryl went out to dinner. They claim things got heated and the judge "pointed his finger at her in a manner mimicking a firearm.” Prosecutors say the judge's wife dared him to point a real gun at her. That's when Ferguson retrieved his pistol from his ankle holster and shot his wife in the chest, according to police. He has pleaded not guilty.
