By his side was the woman who had been with him for four decades. Barker started dating Nancy Burnet in 1983. Burnet told Inside Edition's Jim Moret both agreed they would never remarry, but then she says he changed his tune and proposed to her many times over the years. She says his last words were "Give me a kiss, I'll be leaving." Three hours later, she says he died.
