To her horror, she says, one day all her cash and priceless possessions were gone. Morsch sued the bank but the judge dismissed the case. Three years later, she saw her $10,000 diamond necklace on TV. It was featured during a segment about Florida's unclaimed property division auction. Chase apparently shipped her items to the state back in 2012, mistaking her box as abandoned. Morsch recovered all of her cash, jewelry, and gold coins. Morsch is now appealing the judge’s ruling. Chase Bank denies her allegations and any wrongdoing.
