His canvases are the power poles in the small town of Lucinda, in Queensland, Australia. Rowe was first commissioned by the town to add art to this community 20 years ago. His handiwork can be seen throughout Lucinda. Now, he’s revisiting old art and refreshing it with a new coat of paint.
