The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office says Trent Degulis, 19, climbed to the top of a cell tower in Tampa and documented the journey for social media. Authorities used a helicopter to locate Degulis and they say they caught him in the act, but they didn’t have to climb up the tower to arrest him. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
