Anna Owen's daughter Josephine is living with a rare disorder only a handful of people in the world have. She has a musculoskeletal condition called Antley-Bixler Syndrome. According to Josie's doctor, about one in 250 million, or 50 to 100 worldwide, have the disorder. Josie also has a birth defect called craniosynostosis. Although life with Josie can be challenging and unconventional, Anna says she's honored that she was chosen to be Josie's mom. She shared their story with Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall.
