Inside enlisted the help of Thomas Farley, better known as Mr. Manners. He said to only take one candy unless you're instructed otherwise, so don't grab a whole fistful. When a home does not have the candy you like, "You simply say 'thank you.' You don't say, 'I don't like that candy,'” Farley says. He also recommends ending trick-or-treating around 9 p.m.
