After one sip, she ran to the bathroom and called her mom saying she needed to go to the emergency room. Somehow, Hill's margarita had been mixed with an industrial oven cleaner. The restaurant says, "Everyone was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Holly Hill … the individuals involved in that incident were terminated."
