Parents Investigated For Neglect After Letting Their 6-Year-Old Go To Park #shorts

A 6-year-old got his parents' permission to ride his scooter alone to the playground. His parents say a stranger in a car stopped to ask the boy questions, including where he lived. Two days later, the parents got a visit from a child welfare worker. They say they were told someone complained their son was on the scooter unsupervised and that it was a "regular occurrence."
