as posted by the channelCalifornia nurse Diana Sanders says she was on the first day of a Carnival Cruise with two friends when she drank 15 shots of tequila in just over eight hours. She claims that she then blacked out and was seriously injured after falling down a flight of stairs. She sued Carnival, claiming they negligently over-served her alcohol and a jury recently awarded her $300,000 in damages. Carnival denies the allegations and says it will appeal the verdict. Jim Moret spoke with Sanders in this exclusive interview.
