She claims that she then blacked out and was seriously injured after falling down a flight of stairs. She sued Carnival, claiming they negligently over-served her alcohol and a jury recently awarded her $300,000 in damages. Carnival denies the allegations and says it will appeal the verdict. Jim Moret spoke with Sanders in this exclusive interview.
