Perryman says she is being held against her will at the National Quarantine Unit in Nebraska. The National Quarantine Unit has allowed 8 of the 18 Americans who were on the ship to voluntarily finish quarantine at home under strict 24 hour surveillance. Perryman wants to go back to Florida but the state does not agree with the federal government requirement for surveillance. Perryman has not tested positive or shown symptoms of the Hantavirus and understands the need to quarantine.
