Here's an update to some of the renovations at the post office AND we've found a hidden staircase & room inside, connecting the 1st floor to the 2nd floor!
In this video I talk about the importance real estate investors play in a market and talk about my investment properties over on the other side of town, near the old train station. Unfortunately there weren't enough investors buying up these cheap rental properties 30,40,50 years ago and that part of town has absolutely had issues. As more investors come on board it gets better but still there's a long way to go to get this part of the mid-east end of town out of the severe issues its been having.
