What Pam Bondi needs to do is investigate George Soros and Antifa for funding violence all over the country. That is clearly not protected speech. That’s where their energy should be focused, not on "hate speech," which the left made-up to go after conservatives.

The First Amendment does not say that private businesses can’t hold employees accountable for conduct they find detestable. Imagine if the government told Office Depot or Disney that they *have to keep someone on the job*, even though that person said something profoundly disgraceful. That would actually be a constitutional violation, because it would be the government compelling a private business to agree with speech they detest. At the end of the day, private businesses will hold their employees accountable. That is a good thing. But the government needs to stay out of it.
