Mass Migration is Wrong: H-1B Workers Have "No Right" to American Jobs and Homes

Mass migration is wrong—it doesn't matter whether it's illegal migration or *legal* migration.

"Illegal mass migration" is what we see at the southern border: people storming across, living in hotels on the taxpayer’s dime, draining public resources. It’s lawless and obvious.

But "legal mass migration"—the kind both parties have pushed for decades—is just as wrong. Even if it’s technically legal, it violates the social contract between our government and us.

Take one example. An H-1B worker comes from India and takes a job meant for a qualified American—an American who was never even interviewed. Then, through an H-4 visa, the worker’s spouse and children come too. Now you have a family of 4 or 5 living here, taking out a mortgage, sending their kids to public school for free, using the emergency room, drawing on taxpayer-funded resources that Americans built and paid for. That is not okay.

In 2024, Americans voted against the illegal mass migration happening under Biden-Harris. In 2026, we must finally vote against *legal* mass migration.

We have had enough of foreigners (and their political and corporate enablers) treating us like second-class citizens in our country.

Dismantling H-1B program is only the start. There’s PERM, student visas, H-4s, EB-3s—it doesn’t matter. If you’re a foreigner, you have **no right** to American jobs, homes, or schools. You are a guest. You’re welcome to visit Disney World, or to come here and start a business that hires Americans. There are job MAKERS and there are job TAKERS—and right now, we have no room for job TAKERS, for anyone who drains our healthcare, education, or opportunity.

We don’t have the time, the space, or the resources for anyone but our own—and we should never apologize for that.
