0:23Now PlayingLet’s not lose sight of how we measure the Golden Age. It’s not just GDP. It’s not just the stock market. The number one indicator I’m going to look at is the number of 30-year-old men who are married and own their home. When my dad was growing up in the 1960s, *half* of 30-year-old men owned their homes and were married. Today, it’s just 15%.
If men can’t own the dirt under their feet, marry the woman of their dreams, and put a couple branches on that family tree—you cannot not have a Golden Age. We cannot have jobless economic growth. And I know that President Trump is going to make sure that doesn’t happen.
