While, the Congressional Budget Office analysis notes, "The wealthiest households would see a $12,000 increase from the legislation, which would cost the poorest people $1,600 a year."

PBS also reports that the CBO in a new analysis says, "the Senate version of the bill would increase by 11.8 million the number of people without health insurance in 2034."
