3:31Now PlayingMy personal message to the CA Supreme Court with respect to the court case to invalidate Proposition 8, which passed in November 2008, to amend the state constitution to eliminate the right of same-sex couples to legally marry.
In short, I believe that the CA Supreme Court needs to clearly define the term "inalienable", as Prop 8 directly challenges the inalienability of our equal rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness as the proposition attacks the court-defined inalienable and fundamental right of marriage for same-sex couples.
(On a light side note, I have decided to name my couch "Frumpy" after reading one of the comments on my video at americablog.com)
