4:35Now PlayingI was recently asked if I believe we can win the war on drugs and if I have a solution? My answer to both questions is no. NO, we can never win the war on drugs, and if we can never win; therefore, there is no one solution to winning it.
So, what do I suggest? The answer is two-fold: First, we can not continue to do what we are doing; second, we might not be able to win, but we sure can make a huge impact.
The war on drugs, besides law enforcement efforts, must be fought, among others, on the following fronts.
