5:36Now PlayingWith ISIS attacking many other countries, some feel it's time for the US to get more involved. The opposite is true. Walking away is the best long-term, moral answer. Allowing them to handle their civil wars in the way that they see fit and to find democracy and freedom in their own time and way is the only realistic, safe and ethical answer. Our involvement only lengthens and intensifies the violence. We need to find better ways to support and vet refugees to show the right example and to spread the ideas of freedom. We could allow private citizens to sponsor or create organizations to be responsible for them instead of government and the welfare state. There must be a better way than war. Our culture and ideals must always be stronger than our bombs. Once that is no longer true, no amount of bombs will help any of us.
