9:26Now PlayingOn January 9,2014, about 40 people held a peaceful rally in front of LA Congressman Xavier Becerra's district office to protest his refusal to oppose fast tracking the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) commonly referred to as NAFTA on steroids. After chants, a speech, a song and a skit, Becerra constituents tried to enter the building to talk with the Congressman's staff. They were locked out of the building by its owner, the LA Chamber of Commerce, who then called the police on the constituents.
