as posted by the channelBrandon Vandenburg, Cory Batey, Jaborian McKenzie and Brandon Banks will return to a familiar courtroom Wednesday morning to be arraigned on rape charges.
Batey, McKenzie and Banks were indicted on eight counts: five counts of Aggravated Rape and two counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery. Vandenburg has a ninth count involving unlawful photography for filming the rape of an unconscious female student in June of 2013.
