Alexee Trevizo’s boyfriend, Devyn Fierro, confirmed that he was the father of the deceased newborn. Trevizo, who claimed she didn’t know she was pregnant when she gave birth at Artesia General Hospital in January, is charged with firstdegree murder, or alternatively abusing a child resulting in death and tampering with evidence.
