Attorneys representing the man accused of brutally stabbing four University of Idaho students to death in November 2022 claim the prosecution has not turned over all of their evidence to the defense. Bryan Kohberger’s lead attorney, Anne Taylor, is pushing the state to release police training records, as well as an FBI report relating to the search of the accused killer’s car and cell phone records. The prosecution also announced they will seek the death penalty if Kohberger is convicted of the quadruple murder. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the latest developments in the Idaho student murders case.
