The Hapeville Police Department said Matthew Fortune drove the stolen farm equipment through three Georgia towns before turning into a Waffle House parking lot and ramming numerous cars, including a police cruiser. Fortune was arrested with little resistance and booked on charges by authorities in all three towns.
