11:49Now PlayingEx-NFL player Henry Ruggs spoke in court before a judge sentenced him for a deadly DUI crash in Las Vegas that he caused back in November 2021. As a result of the crash, 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog, Max, were killed. “I sincerely apologize for the pain and suffering my actions have caused you all,” Ruggs said. “I have no excuse and pray that taking responsibility of my guilty plea will allow the healing process to begin.”
