10:57Now PlayingIn a court hearing Tuesday, the defense team for Alexee Trevizo — the teen accused of giving birth in a hospital bathroom and dumping her baby in a trash can — claimed the timeline of the alleged incident will prove the young woman is innocent. “You have to have evidence of a live birth in order for there to be a murder — so I think it’s going to be a little bit of an uphill battle with that timeline,” Christa Ramey, a trial attorney, discussed on the Law&Crime Network. Trevizo is slated to go to trial for murder in October.
