13:54Now PlayingPolice arrived at the scene of a hit-and-run when bystanders revealed that one of the cars involved in the accident took off. The bystanders got the license plate and description of the car, which was later found. When cops found the car and pulled the woman over, he asked her to return to the scene, but she refused. She also wouldn't turn over her license or registration. The woman was taken into custody.
