12:40Now PlayingAfter receiving a concerning phone call, police found a shirtless man lying in the middle of the road next to an e-bike. Officers noticed the man was snoring and had a couple scrapes on his body from what was later discovered to be an alleged e-bike accident. When cops woke the man up, he tried to flee the scene and kept repeating “I'm fine,” while resisting authorities. He was later arrested for public intoxication.
