Bodycam footage shows a New Jersey woman crashing into another vehicle after blowing a stop sign at an intersection. The Pine Beach Police Department said Rafaela Rea, who had two previous DWI arrests, was cited for careless driving and disregarding a stop sign. Later, Rea's citations were downgraded to unsafe operation of a motor vehicle that included a fine of $390.
