Body camera footage was released by the Williams Bay Police Department after a school principal was seen getting into an altercation with two teenage boys in September. The Wisconsin man, Brent Mansky, claims he saw the teens TP-ing houses in the area and waited for them to approach his home. Mansky then said he tackled one of the teens to the ground. No charges were filed against the principal.
