Police bodycam footage shows a 19-year-old Wisconsin woman getting pulled over after cops said she was speeding and driving erratically. When officers made contact with the driver, they immediately noticed signs of impairment and detected the odor of alcohol coming from the car. The driver, who identified herself as Kiara, claimed she was returning to her college after shopping at Walmart. Officers arrested Kiara for DUI after having her perform sobriety tests, to which they believe she failed.
