YouTube Description
as posted by the channelOn day three of the Alec Baldwin trial, things stayed heated as Baldwin’s defense attorney hammered numerous witnesses on alleged hidden evidence. Defense attorney Alex Spiro got irritated and even threw his hands up when questioning a detective. Later, a hearing took place where Spiro claimed he had “never seen so many issues during a trial.” This led up to state prosecutor Kari Morrissy taking the stand herself where she was hammered about withholding evidence and calling Baldwin derogatory name. Judge Sommer ultimately dismissed all charges against Baldwin due to the state withholding evidence.
