Dylan Robert Dukes, a former Starr Elementary School teacher, is accused of sending the young girl over 60 love letters to read each day during Summer break. When Dukes learned the student wouldn’t be returning to his school, he began attending her church, authorities said. Detectives found photos of the student in Dukes’ desk after they were tipped off about the behavior. He was booked on one charge of stalking.
