When Monroe County deputies questioned Peeyush Gupta, he denied drinking more than one beer before driving with his wife and 4-month-old daughter. The infant can be heard crying in the background. Gupta finally admitted to drinking a full pitcher of beer “within five minutes” before driving. He was charged with misdemeanor DUI and child neglect without great bodily harm. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks down bodycam footage of the incident.
